Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our partnered fulfillment centers in Hong Kong.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Because we process orders quickly, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this timeframe, we’re unable to modify the order — but you can return it for a full refund once it arrives.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, and your package ships the next day after processing.
Please allow additional time during holidays or sale periods.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, shipping usually takes 1–4 weeks, depending on your location.


What if I don't receive my order?

If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Prices on our website are tax-free.

If you receive incorrect, missing, or damaged items, please contact us immediately.

We will resolve your case as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.
If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund usually returns to your bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation.

If your refund hasn’t posted yet, please check with your bank or card provider — sometimes it takes additional time for them to process.
